The present simple, the present continuous and the past simple

My name is Alex and I’m from Santa Monica, California. I   livelivedam living  with my parents in a house near the ocean. We   gowentare going to the beach every day. We all   lovedloveare loving  surfing! I'm American, but my parents   are bornare being bornwere born  in Mexico. They   movemovedare moving  to the United States 20 years ago. They   wantedwantare wanting  better opportunities for the future. I'm in my senior year in high school. I   taketookam taking  final exams at the moment. Next year I   studystudiedam going to study  marine biology at the University of California.
