SpaceX CEO, Elon Musk, recently announced that two space tourists have paid a significant deposit to go on a trip around the Moon. The travelers will undergo fitness tests and begin training later this year. The trip is planned for next year.

For takeoff, SpaceX will use the same launchpad that was used for the Apollo missions in Cape Canaveral, Florida. No humans have traveled past the Earth's orbit since the final Apollo mission in 1972.
