Oscar is attracted only to patients who are close to death. In    book, Dr. David Dosa discusses reasons why he thinks Oscar visits dying patients. One reason may be that patients who are dying have more activity in    bedrooms.

Could the explanation simply be that Oscar is simply a cute and loveable serial killer bringing death wherever he goes?
