Watch the video and answer the questions


  1. A healthy plate is a way to   where you don't have to count.

  2. Use a   plate for children and a 9-inch plate adults.

  3. There are   types of vegetables.

  4. If yu have diabetes, fill half your plate with   vegetables.

  5. Add some   protein like tofu, grilled fish or chicken.

  6. The trick is serve yourself a smaller   of the other starches on your plate instead.

  7. You can also   water with a squeeze of lemon or lime.

  8. Fill your pot with low sodium broth and   of healthy vegetables.
