According to a report from the Red Cross, about 60 people were still missing after a building collapsed during a heavy rainstorm on April 30th in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya.

Ten were known dead and a surviving man was dug out of the building after ten hours. The building was reportedly just two years old and had at least six floors. Local buildings are known to have widespread problems because poor materials are used and Kenyan construction rules are not often followed.

Another seven people reportedly died in the storm. Kenya's Red Cross said the flooding affected more than 800 homes.
